The first one represents my sister and was taken on the beach...
The second one represents my girlfriend and was taken in the park...
Both of the shots were adjusted in photoshop, as you can see :).
Comments would be greatly appreciated ;).

They are both good shots and I love how they seem to convey emotion. I particualrly like the second, it seems to convey a sense of serenity and peace.

Hi ovidiu.n, welcome to the forums.
I like the feel of the first shot, her pose shows drama and emotion.
The second doesn't do much for me personally. I'd have included more of the subject to further convey the feel you are trying to present

I would have pulled back a bit in both and showed more of the subject, but thats just me.
I do like the idea tough...

I think you'd be hard pressed to better the second one. That's a fantastic shot, well done :) Always helps when your models are beautiful though!

It helps, but it's not really that necessary :D.
Thanks a lot for the comments! I'm glad you like them!

I like the second shot because of the composition, the toning and the subject in focus between blurred foreground and background.......it conveys a sense of tranquility to me.

Just to show the range of opinions - I don't care for the first one. There isn't enough there to see and I sense she is doing something. Never would have tagged it a beach scene. The second one I like, composition, post process, etc but I would have tried to eliminate both the grass across her face and the bright spot behind her chin. It is still a very serene shot of a very pretty lady. Nice work.
And welcome to the forums.
