Restate your question please.
You mean you want to change shutter speed?
If you do not want to fiddle with Exposure Compensation you have to change ISO level. The bigger ISO, the shorter speed and more "noise" in your pictures.

I don't want the Exposure compensation when shooting a photo with low shutter speed. Any suggestion? Thanks a lot!

I,m not sure what you're after, but in I get the question right, the answer is: You can't even play with exposure compensation when in long shutter mode.
