Photo business question

Hello! I'm new to the forum and want to see if there were any other husband/wife teams out there who are in the photo business together. My husband and I are starting our own very small photography business and would like to see how others have set up their business. Partnership or sole proprietor or LLP, etc? Any responses would be greatly appreciated!

LLC is more secure for small business, it why it called Limited Liability...IMHO

My wife and I are setup as a sole proprietorship. She has been listing herself as sole owner and me as an employee earning sweat equity to help with some grant applications. Women get more money in small business then men. Good luck!
