I need help giving my photo a vinatge feel?

I did a photoshoot of my niece and I specifically want this photo below to look vintage. I love the 50s and in fact tha dress she is wearing is a classic vinatge dress. Does anyone know how to make the photo look vinatge. I tried some free sites, but they only give sepia or black and white photos. I currently don't have photoshop so there is nothing I can do. Please help me. I am sure photoshop would do an amazing job for a vinatge feel, but unfortunetly I do not have it at the moment.

Hi! Your niece is gorgeous...! I'm not sure there's a lot you can do without some kind of photo editing software. Are you after something like this?

Lightroom presets. Plenty of them available with a little bit of Googling.

ILovechildren, it would be best, if you want help with image editing, to turn your "image editing OK" on.

Also are you using photoshop or lightroom or?

Added some grain (not noise), just like in the old days.

Thank you everyone for trying to give my photo a vintage feel. I love them all. Now the only problem is ehich one should I choose because they are all so beautiful. :)
