On a gloomy day I took this with my "new" 135 f3.5
It can't focus to infinity atm because I have not got the correct "flush mounted" adapter (it's on order)
Apart from resizing for the web there has been absolutely no post processing at all.

WOW! nice sharpness, color and contrast. What body are you using? What did this baby set you back?

Is it the m42 mount ? The Sonnar is very, very sharp, we've posted several samples of it on the CZJ thread!

Yep it's the m42 mount but as i posted earlier I have on order the "flush" mount so i can get it to focus to infinity.
The eos adapter i have now has a 10 mm space in between the screw mount and where the eos mount is.
So atm i can only focus a few feet.

I've been playing a lot with the manual lens recently, with the focusing screen it makes a hell of a difference. The favs are still Sonnar, Flektogon 35 f2.4 & Tak 50 f1.4, but I got a few others that are fun, sharp, and very cheap. Like the Meyer Optics 35 f3.5, with it's gorgeous 10 blades iris!
