I took this photo with my teleconverter lense with my G6. I noticed that there were dark spots in the 4 corners of the shot, which I believe to be parts of the lense. I'm posting the picture, do you think it's fine the way it is, or do you think it needs cropping?

Vignetting certainly can work for some pictures, but I don't like it on this. I'd crop it out.
But that's just my opinion.

If not cropping, it looks like it would be an easy clone job in Photoshop. Don't forget that option.
Nice sky, by the way. Do you have any shots with a wider field of view that you took during the same session?

Rad, i do have more shots of the sky, but not at the same day. This was just a quick pic i took. What do you mean by a clone job? What would that do?I am very new to Photoshop, so I don't really know the full capabilities of it yet.

I wish I had time to create an easy to follow tutorial for the Clone Tool, but I don't. In shot, the Clone Tool allows you to copy part of your photo into another area of that photo. It is most commonly uses for getting rid of something that is a distraction.
Say I have a shot of the old west village just outside of Vegas. In the sky is a 737 getting ready to land at McCarran. Using a clean area of the sky, I could clone over the jet to make it go away. Likewise, you could use areas close to the corners of your shot to clone over the dark areas (the vingetting).
Pull up Photoshop (or Elements, if that is what you have). There is an EXCELENT inline help system. Just drop down the Help menu, then Photoshop Help, then Index, then C, then Clone Stamp Tool
Good luck,

I can't seem to figure it out, the Help didn't help too much. Is there any place that could show me how to do it that you know of?

Well, this one is somewhat involved, but it shows you the power of even a simple PS tool.

This one is quite a bit more basic, but could use better examples.
