Finally! I have tried so many times to get this shot and I finally did it! This was handheld with 28-135 IS.

Thanks! Btbam: This was only cropped a very little. Exif: 112mm handheld with 28-135IS, f/8, 1/500, iso 200.

lovely colours in this.......... the only thing that spoils it for me tho is the chainlink fence in the background..... you've got a 3 for 1 macro here :) 4 if you count the flower
(i guess the ants were just hangin around )

Just goes to show how fast it's little wings must be beating that they are completely blurred even at 1/500th.
