HOLY SH!T! That much?! Jeez, I officially now completely and utterly love my country! Here in the U.S. the 600mm is $7,200 and the 1dsMKII is $8,000. Woah, $10,000 in savings.... Dude, over here you could have picked up the 1dsMkII, the 600mm f/4L IS, the 500mm f/4L IS and the 300mm f/2.8L IS and still had change left over...

Very nice shots Giuseppe, the 600mm is sharp indeed! It's fine to have great equipment but you still have to know how to get the best from it and you seem to have the skills required, great job you have. Do you get out in the water for close-up work or just shore - based?

that first shot is quite something. Coming from a 16.7MP camera I think it would look quite stunning in a large print.

I am freelance, why I love the freedom.
For various years I have worked for Agencies, now I work and collaborate like Photojournalist for various magazine from all over the world.
All photographic equipment are of my property.

Man, that is awesome. I'd kill to work as a freelance photographer like that. You must be making some big $$$$ if you can afford all that equiptment too. Truely something to aspire too. You should be very proud.

Man-GREAT shots. I just can't get over the quality of that glass, neither. With my 75-300 the CA would be horrid on shots such as these.
