Has anyone ever started a thread with that line?

Today I just bought a 16-35 2.8L.
Am I crazy? I have a 20-35 3.5-4.5

I guess I'll go out & play with it, measurebate etc.

no u are not crazy, 16-35 2.8 is superb lense, u wil forget about your 20-35

Nah, with a 1dMkII, you'd be crazy not to compliment it with sweet glass.;)

I just took a few comparison shots with both the 20-35 & the 16-35. The 16-35 is much sharper. After switching to a 1.3 crop I'm glad to get back the wide angle that I had on my film camera.

I did notice that I get some shadow from the 16-35 with lens hood on from my 550EX when shooting at 16mm.
