My son was taking photos using my camera (Powershot SD300) and the next time I went to use it it said "Card Locked!"
I then looked up "card locked" in the User's Guide but all it said was "This mean's the card is Write Protected"
Well, that's great.
i've been looking on the net for an hour now, trying to figure out how to unlock the card.
Does anyone have a solution here? I'm a scrapbooker and can't live without my camera

Format it on your PC?

If you have a card reader, that is.

Sorry, don't have an SD300 ... maybe your manual has some clues

Best regards,
Andy

I'm not familiar with SD cards (I assume that's what your camera uses), but a couple of sites that sell them describe them as having a write-protect switch on their exterior. I would look for a tiny slide switch, possibly recessed into the edge of the card.
