finger print on lens

I accidently leave fingerprint on lens , is it very harmful?

how to clean?

It shouldn't be harmful, but your pictures will probably turn out blurry.
I got a cheap camera cleaning kit from a local camera shop, that has lense cleaning tissues and cleaning fluid.
Lightly screw up a tissue, add a small amount of cleaning fluid, and wipe out the lense. When it starts to dry, you should see what looks like an oily film on the lense, use a dry piece of the tissue to polish.
