I would have cropped out or photoshopped out the pile of crap LOL

Nice detail on the mane & I really like the 'framing' effect you're getting with the fence. But I agree with the person above - I'd photoshop out the poo :P Also I'm not really sure about that patch of green in the center top - was that some foliage on the fence? It's a little bit distracting and 'out of place' as well, unfortunately.

Hehe. I didn't even notice the puddle next to the horse. My focus was on the detail of the horse. Great job!

I like that a lot.....most horse shots are so generic. Nice job!

Looks like a nice enough horse, and there's a bit of artistic imagination in the image. Rather than using a fence for the effect, a bit of Photoshop could do the same thing, and perhaps more effectively. But, as Gatorboy wrote above, you'd get more informative comments on technique in the critique forums. Here we talk mostly about the pets themselves, and how to deal with them "in the wild", e.g. how to shoot a black dog against now.

Nice detail on the horse. I would def. get rid of the pile. I wish that you had added some color to the fence as the viewer cannot tell that it is a fence post.
