Im new , I need help posting pictures. I don't know how to resize my photo to post it. I tried to do it in photoshop but don't know my way around. can sombody tell me how to resize a photo in photoshop.

In photoshop, first click image menu->image size -> set the long axis to 800. Then choose "save for web" from file menu, choose quality level to maye be arounf 50-60%. This should work. Please make sure your file size is <100KB to upload here.
I am not sure which photoshop software you are using but you should work.

You can use several applications, but Raj is right on with the directions, jut make sure that it is under 100k in file size. I find that sometimes my are 102 kb or 102.5 kb which is frusturation.
