Just ordered the Copperhill kit from Chilipix, hopefully it wont be too scary to use !!

The copperhill kit worked well for me. I found the ccd to be well recessed and hard to get to, but it wasn't too bad. I wouldn't worry about it though, I don't see how anyone could actually scratch the surface given how little pressure is applied.

Hi Dodger
Have you used the Copperhill kit yet ? IF so; how did the cleaning of your 10D sensor go. I am about to order the kit from the same company - how long did the goods take to arrive ??
cheers

I got the Copperhill kit, sent to UK, excellent service, and cheap. Works a treat on 10D, 20D.

Are they better than digi-pads or sensor swabs?

From what I hear about the fate of sheep in that part of the country, I would be very cautious about baring my sensor...

I find the Visible Dust system to be the most effective at cleaning dust from lenses, sensors, mirrors, prisms, and chambers. It is completely dry and is very fast and portable, unlike the messy copperhill kit.

www.visibledust.com (http://www.visibledust.com) check it out they're Canadian made. A bit more expensive but that D-series DSLR wasnt cheap either! Worth every penny!
