View Full Version : Are the SD series Digital Elphs a little loud when focusing?

Just curious. I just got back from Best Buy with an SD300, and it's not overly loud...just a little louder than I would have expected focusing. Is this normal for SD300's or is this something I should be concerned about? I haven't uploaded any pictures yet, but from the viewer, it looks like it's focusing correctly.

Yes, that's normal. I guess it's a little noisier than other cameras.
