Hi, would you please help me wit this:

After my computer crashed and was fixed, I re-installed the ZoomBrowser EX and the driver (WIA Driver 3.9.0 for Windows Me/XP). But when I connect my S40 to the USB port on my computer, nothing happens. Then I open ZoomBrowser and click on "Acquire & Camera Settings", my computer still cannot detect the camera.

Does anyone know what else shall I do, or what did I do wrong?

Thank you for your help!!:o

What spec is your PC and what operating system?

Downlad the latest driver from Canon. I had the same trouble with the driver that came with the camera.

Did you wait for XP to flash the message "all new hardware installed" when you connected your camera for the first time again while in ZoomBrowser?
