I don't know what this guy is, but his red eyes make him look evil. He was very tiny, so I think he's an immature specimen of some kind of weevil.
Taken with Canon 20D, MPE 65mm f2.8 lens (at about 5X), and MT-24EX twin flash...

This guy was tiny - about 15mm head to tail.

It's a nymph assasin bug. That long nose is a dagger-like weopon and the long legs enable it to pounce quickly on other unsuspecting insects (oh and some of the larger adults are capable of inflicting bites on humans, and a couple are bloodsuckers I believe).
