What I would like to do is have an action to insert my © details into the photo I am working on (or using Batch).
My © file is a text .PSD file created in PS and I want to click a button in PS7 to insert it into a file .... any help please

JD,
I've got some articles on my site http://www.rogercavanagh.com/actions.htm that explain how to create and use batch actions. There's also a JavaScript that you could use for adding a copyright notice.

I read an article in Photoshop magazine about creating a custom brush with your copyright info on it.
I have not set it up yet, but it sounds like a cool way to quickly stamp your info on an image.
Join NAPP if you are serious about Photoshop. The $99 yealy fee is worth it for the magazine alone. Lots of "how-to's" and tricks.....
