new camera

Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help me bought this canon digital camera at a boot sale the only problem is i dont know which model i've got, it just says cannon ixus v 2.1 mega pixels, i also need a cf card for it any reccomendations,(price range preferably dont matter really looking for a cannon cf card though, i would also like to know the price of a battery charger.one more thing i would like to know the price of a card reader cannon preferably, last but not least is there anywhere on the net i can pick up a user manual for my specific camera. thanks for any help in advance your help is much appreciated thank you mr king.

Canon IXUS models are called 'Powershot Elph' models in the USA. The manuals are available here: http://www.powershot.com/powershot2/customer/manual.html

You don't need to stick to Canon accessories just because it's a Canon camera. To my knowledge, Canon don't make card readers or CF cards (except the rebranded ones they supply with the camera).
