Hi, first post here, I am a total novice and use a Canon 300d with 28-135 USM and 70-300 lenses.

Do you mean England as in Great Britain or New England as in the NorthEastern US? If you mean GB, I had no clue that you guys re-created our civil war! LOL Great pics buy the way!

England as in United Kingdom :)
Our gunpowder mills in Waltham Abbey, Essex apparantly supplied a lot of the gunpowder/technology during the civil war, the particular battle enacted was something about a big confederate supply base being raided.

All the history in the UK & some of the English feel the need to recreate the US civil war....
/shakes head....

I had no idea the English were so interested in the Civil War. I think its over, but there may be some question about that.....
