Is it possible to use manual focus lens with 20D in appreture priority mode? Can this camera use MF lens at all in full manual mode? I'm thinking of using Russian fisheye.

Thanks!

By MF do you also mean manual lens? Since you mentioned Av, I assumed that you are using a manual lens. This is actually fun to learn and work with. Set the Av mode, match the manual fstop, let the camera set the shutter. Just focus and shot. Yehaa!

Not only can you use Russian fisheyes, but the flange mount distance of EOS cameras opens up the usage of Leica, Zeiss, Olympus, m42 screwmount, and even Nikon lenses on your camera. See cameraquest.com for adapters.

You can use some manual lenses, that are dyrty cheap, but excellent in quality. I use a 180/2.8 MC Zeiss Sonnar on a 20D. This is a $100US lens that produces a fantastic bokeh. I don't know an equivalent in quality in this price range.
This is a photo, made with the Sonnar:

And this is a photo, made with an old non-MC version of a 300/4 Zeiss Sonnar:
