This image taken back a couple months ago. Found two different sized tree frogs and managed to get them to pose for a few shots on my hand while on top of each other. Wish the image was a little sharper but handholding these frogs at arms length while looking in viewfinder to get focus very tough to not have some shake on the left arm sticking out there. The one on the bottom the large one is about 1.5 inches long when sitting so the top one is pretty small here

Minor crop off left and bottom, Sigma 180 macro. Flash minus 2,

Now that is a Fantastic shot. How did you get them to pose like that for you? Considering they were on your arm, Awesome capture. That is a shot you would see in a magazine. Very well done. That is one I would print and frame and hang it on the wall.

Thanks and I actually got the big one on my finger posing not my arm and after a few shots of the larger one I seen a small one and move it on to my free hand and though I wonder if I put it on top of the big one if it would stay for a few shots, which it did luckily for me. Also the big one might have been two inches in length.

Wow, they are pretty small then. Great shot. I love the colors and composition, as well as the fact that both frogs were looking toward the same direction. Very cool.

These are very nice Eric. No way to tell by the photo how small they are either, aside from your telling us that's your finger they are on. ;) :D

Now that's one you ought to frame and hang up somewhere... (I'd just clone out the arm...) it is a delightful picture!

Thanks everyone and I have to also thank my subjects as without them I would have never pulled off this shot, I still do wish it had been sharper here but I think it works as is for being unique at least:)

Ron: I never have worked with toads and I think I only have on toad photo in my files as I just never find them when I am out and about.

Shazz: Only two arms here but the tripod really helps a lot when taking a shot like this, handheld would have been impossible with the 180 sigma on..

Thanks again all and keep shooting !

Great shot. My only suggestion would be to darken the highlights a litttle to make the green a little more robust.
