I'll be a little nicer and say that the Sigma is new and unproven, i've not read anything good or bad about it either way. Take a look on fredmiranda.com's canon forum for more info. The 55-200 i've never heard of, but F4-F5.6 usually denotes a cheaper consumer level zoom, one that I wouldn't buy because F5.6 is just too slow for what I take photos of.

i heard the 10-20 is not as good as it is made out to be

i haven't heard anything about the 55-200, but if i were you and i had the cash i'd get a sigma 70-200 f/2.8
