A Canon PowerShot SD200 would support?
1Gig? 2Gigs? if a 3gig was made, would that work in it too?

I know that my SD500 supports a 1 Gig high speed card (great for the movie modes!).
I'm pretty sure that it should support any size SD card no problem.

I limit myself to 1GB cards. You can carry as many as you want. Plus, what happens when your 2,3, or 4GB card fails while you're out in the field? That's just me though. Perhaps if I owned an 8 MP camera and shot in RAW then I would want to have a few 2-4GB cards laying around...

I use Sandisk Ultra II 1GB SD card in my IXUS 30 (SD200).
It's all I would ever need and ten minutes of movies in highest resolution. Okay like 9 minutes something...

sd200 handles up to 2 gig cards. too many errors with larger cards. liable to lose files.

I shoot in raw with both the xt and the 20d but I still stick, for the same reasons, to the 1GB size. I do have a 2 GB MD and a 2 GB cf for thos situations where I know that the time to exchange cfs is a luxury, but usually I have the 1 GB installed on both cams (and on the S2IS also :D)
