I'd vote for B&W, but I can't really say the photo is that compelling for me at least....

Well from these two pic. i'd go for the color.
But is the B&W and color the only options here?

Both are cool but I like the color version.

Colored. It shows more of a detailed photo.

I can see you're trying to get it to focus on the water droplets and the rocks but with the B&W, you have to really look to find what you're trying to give. You don't want someone to look at it for 5 seconds and then walk away without getting any kind of detail.

black&white for sure. the color version is so over produced it's distracting. It really looks overdone.

Colour for me, it's the only way I actually managed to tell what it was - or maybe that's lack of knowledge on my part? Either way.
