Aperture and Shutter speed

Is there a website or place where I can find out how different aperture and shutter speed values interact w/ each other when used together? I would like to start using the manual mode on my camera, but I want to know how each value would possibly turn out in the picture.

Try the Av and Tv modes out. That way, you can manually select either and see what effect each has.
