Formating Card JAW

I just formatted card to erase contents and then formatted a new card. Now when I go in to pick JAW none of those options are available.

What happened and how do I get the JAW options back

Have you put the camera onto another shooting mode - i.e. not P, Tv, or Av etc..

If it is on one of the 'mickey-mouse' modes you don't get the RAW option.
