I think this has to be my favorite N.E. shot, Sandy. The colors are wonderful and it sure captures that quaint New England feeling that I LOVE!!!
I am originally from Pittsfield, Mass. (in the Berkshires) but I also lived in Burlington, Vt. and the countryside outside of Philadelphia. PA.

Hope to there in October for the Railfan Event in North Conway. Old trains running around the mountains in the fall, love it !

I have spent 24 consecutive winters in New Hampshire and I love it. New Hampshire is beautiful all year round and it's a great place to be.
That being said, this winter I'm going to live with a photog in Florida for Jan-April. So long suckers!

I relocated my life from New Jersey to New England years ago and never looked back. Currently living just outside New Haven, CT - not too far from this local landmark:

We just came back from a mini vacation near Baxter State Park. Will be posting pics soon. Mt. Katahdin was beautiful, but the young bull moose that was walking down the road right at us was even more amazing.
