S200 video files

Could someone tell me how to send video file clips from my S200 over the internet. Zoombrowser walks you thru how to send single images very easily but is unclear with video.

Use Windows Movie Maker (in your Accesory menu in XP). After you imported the movie clips, hit the save movie button, and it will give you chocies of internet speed you want to save it to.
