Stop-motion animation

So I took about 8 minutes of frames of the Presidentials up in NH this weekend as a cloud bank came over and I would like to make a stop-motion video. Anybody know how I could do this? Any preferred programs?

I don't really know much abut other programs but I use Adobe Premiere Pro and in thatyou can edit videos frame at a time if you want. You can simply add your images in there and add then to timeline. Then simply modify the duration of each clip (image) to your taste.

Well, I put it together in Microsoft Movie Maker (since I neither want to buy nor obtain otherwise the Adobe program) and it worked out well enough.
