Digital photography classes in NYC? recommendations

hi! my company is buying a digital camera 8megapixel and I'd like to learn to use it to shoot buildings (architectural photographs, mainly outdoors). Can anyone recommend what I should be looking for in a class? And where? Parsons? FIT? etc? Thanks! I have NO photography experience but it would be good for my job to learn something. thank you!

my sister just returned from Parson's and she loved it. it might be a little pricey if it's just something you want to do for fun.

honestly, i say just keep reading these forums. i've learned so much since i've been active in these forums. these guys have saved my butt many times before, especially in purchases.
