A friend asked me to take some portraits to use to send to her family.Went took a trip down to a local garden where master gardeners show off their knowledge and skills.

Each image has had a little Photoshop work, but not much. The first had a slight Levels correction, Unsharp Mask, and slightly cropped. Unfortunatly, in this first image, I didn't notice at the time the branch sticking out over her eye. Also, I think I should have used the flash to fill in the shadows a bit. (EXIF data is included in the image.)

The second image had same minor corrections as above and a slight Curves/RBG correction.

Any and all comments welcome.

I like the composition of the second shot shoot. Good color. Skin tone. The sun is a bit strong on her hair. (Washed out)

I can’t tell but did you use a flash? No reflection in her eyes. Or did you use PS on the eyes?

The first picture is very sharp I like that. But her skin tone doesn't look natural. It looks much better to me in the second shot.
