I need some help for basic question:
Canon 20D + Tamron 28-75 F2.8 = 44 -120
YES or NO

Basic reply: Simple answer is "yes". You will have an effective field of view of 45-120mm in 35mm terms.

Just don't confuse field of view with zoom. You do get an effective field of view in that range, but not an effective zoom in that range.

I said everything I meant to say and nothing more. And I didn't even mention "zoom" so I couldn't have confused it.

I was not impying that you did, as you did not. Just a general observation. Many on these forums confuse the two. I am sorry if you thought the comment was aimed at you, it was not.
