Check battery level

Hi all, I want to ask if someone know how to check battery level on Canon S30 and S45 ? Because one of my friend told me that he can check it on his S30, but he now forgotten the key sequence, anyway he told me that battery level will shown on right bottom on LCD screen.

Currently I'm using S45, so I think the sequence will be same.
