Image taken a couple years back but I really do not do all that much extreme macro work so I had to dig around a little in the files to find the few extreme shots I have.
This was taken with the 180 Sigma and most likely the 2x tc, SS 0.3 seconds, aperture f/16, iso 400, tripod support of course and full frame image

Excellent focus, nice DOF, and a clean background. Nice shot. :D

Thanks on the critique here and yes we have a pretty large number of dragons and damsels here in Texas not sure on exact numbers but between Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, Louisiana and Texas we have a total of 263 species (damsels and Dragons) so I have a lot of species to track down yet but I will be watching for them. I have only maybe 30 plus species on dragons now and damselflies I have maybe 10 species of.. I have a lot of work ahead of me to even run out of subjects.

Wow, everything is great about this one, the focus, colour, DOF and angle on the shot. True, it would be good framed.
