Looks like a pretty area.
A couple problems with the photo, though. First, it needs to be leveled. That is easy.
Now the problems with the composition. It is too static. The horizon neatly cuts the frame in half. It would be better if you shot higher, if the sky is your subject, or lower, if the water is your subject. (Personally, I would shoot lower.)
Second, is that you ALMOST have a nice diagonal. The posts (or whatever that is) are somwhat seen, but not really. Check a local tide table, and if you have a low tide sunset coming up, go back for a re-shoot. Stand a little more to the left of where you took this shot from - that should give a really nice diagaonal line in your shot.

The ripples in the water are a little distracting from what looks like a relatively fast shutter speed. I would've used a smaller aperture forcing the camera to expose longer (5-6s) , thus smoothing out the surface of the water.

That would have been my first option, but I this was hand-held as I didn't have my tripod with me... :oops:

Zeke, I think it's a fine shot. I like the recropping better. Horizon doesn't bother me. Love the colors.
