I had a nice still night the other night and I couldn't sleep, this is the result. One my first night reflections. I thought the sky was a bit tame compared to some nights but that may just be me.

Like the shot. You might want to crop a little from the right. One of the difficulties of night shots are the differences between light and dark. In this shot the lights are really over exposed. What canhelp is to take 2 shots, one for the lights and one for the buildings and merge them in PS.
Since digital is 'free' give it a try if you can go back.

I really like this one! Sometimes It seems like wherever I look there are photos of something reflecting off a crystal clear and calm lake. My point is that perfect reflection can be done in PS, but what you have here is a very special kind of blur that seems really eye catching! I do think that the shot is a bit vertically cramped, so if you can go back try to get lots of foreground too. I'm no composition pro, but when I see the reflected red tip of that building at the bottom of that page, my eyes just keep moving down, only to be abruptly met by the bottom of the photo.

Henk probably has more experience than I, but sometimes the rules need breaking. What I enjoyed most at first glance was the exaggerated glow of the city lights! Ultimately it's up to you, but I just thought you'd like to know that the exposure you have there looks good to at least one viewer. Also did you intend for the horizontal reflection line to be slightly turned counter clockwise? If so, maybe you could consider making it parallel to the top and bottom of the image.

Again, wonderful shot Jamie!
