this is the first photo i post here in the forum.
this is my nephew. He is 34-days-old.
I'm new in the photography field.
please give me advises.
what do you think ? is it going to be better if I take it with the natural colors ?

His face is a little dark. What I've learned about black and white photography is to try to get the blacks to be black and the whites to be white. If you search this forum for black and white conversion, you'll start to see examples of good conversions.
