histograms

I purchased breezebrowser and thought I was getting a photo enhancement tool included and in the meantime I have seen posts on histograms and am interested but cannot afford adobe photo programs as I am a novice. are there any affordable software programs that use histograms available?

Lots of them do. Personally, I'm pretty happy with PaintShop Pro, especially the upcoming version 8 is worthwhile (a public beta is available, see www.jasc.com).

As far as I know, histograms are available in PS Elements too.
