SP AF28-105mm f/2.8 LD Tamron.

At this moment there is a treath going of a (MAYBEE) new Canon lens from 24-108 F/4 L IS.
But I see that Tamron has a lens that has almost the same specs.
Does anybody own this lens and can tell me something about it?

I maybe mistaken but that Lens is only manufactured for Minolta and Nikon mounts.

First, look at the other post where the Canon lens looks to be official.
As for the Tamron, it is an older design, reviews and reports suggest this is a less than stellar performer.
