I am shocked. It has the "wow" factor that I often find in portraits taken with the 5D. It is simply beautiful.

85L 1.2 I rented. I am going to purchase the 85 F1.8 for HS basketball season coming up though. From what I have read here, the 1.8 takes great pictures as well.

This has got to be the most extreme bokeh from a point and shoot!!

Sorry it's not Canon related, but I just had to share..

Sony H5 + 1.7x t-con + VCL-M3358 closeup lens taken from about 6 feet away. Very hard to get that combination in focus!!

Hehe. That was one of the shots that convinced my wife we needed the 85. :) It has zero processing, only resized for web.

I'm trying to find a shot that will convience my wife to let me get the 135L.

Doesn't stand for anything.
Bokeh (from the Japanese boke ぼけ, "blur") is a term referring to the appearance of out-of-focus areas in an image produced by a camera lens
