Limited defocus with the bokeh master lens. No postprocessing of any sort. These little images are crippled, I wish I could show you the original files.;)
However, it will give you some idea what the lens can do even when stopped down, even at a major focus distance.

I was borrowing my brother's 100-400L that weekend. Aside from being relatively slow glass it can deliver some great images.

The 85L:

http://www.defalcophoto.com/blogimages/torrianni/bpblog010.jpg

1/100th @ f1.8, ISO 1250, 5D. The couple are lit with a Lowel iD video light held by my assistant to my right. The bokeh is insane at f1.2, but w/ two people in the shot I played it safe. :)

Christmas tree lights bokeh ;) I wouldn't say best, but I think kinda cool none the less. Taken with a 30D and a Sigma 30 f1.4 in practicly non-existant ambient tungsten light. Only crop and noise ninja. Gotta luv that noise ninja ;)

Winter set in today, and we got snow since yesterday. Perfect opportunity for some lansca... oh wait, hold on...
Perfect opportunity for some backyard macro photography! :D

As far as bokeh goes, I think these two excel from my series of today (thumbnails link to larger size, which exceed forum regulations, hence the thumbs):

http://www.dvdpimages.com/images/macro/thumbs/IMG_4047.jpg (http://www.dvdpimages.com/images/macro/IMG_4047.jpg)

http://www.dvdpimages.com/images/macro/thumbs/IMG_4071.jpg (http://www.dvdpimages.com/images/macro/IMG_4071.jpg)

There's more out there. You'll find those on my website (http://www.dvdpimages.com) ;) (don't wanna spam it all up here).

Exif is included in enlarged images. EOS 400D with Sigma 105mm, tripod, Canon wired remote and mirror lockup (2s) used.

Me too, and I'm praying that I have a third due soon... At least I want him to want freedom until he's born (as all women in late PG hope for), then I'll take one who'll finally hold my hand and listen when I yell "Stop!"
