I like to pop my flash card into my laptop and drag the images to a folder on the desktop. Then I use either Photoshop for manipulation or CompuPic for slide shows.
How do I access the pesky little image-info files the G2 produces? My old Nikon 990 created the image-files in text format. The G2 info file seems to be a proprietary file with a .ctg (or is it .cgt) extension that I can't open.
I realize I could use the Canon software, but prefer not to.
Any suggestions?
John
