Was this in a bird sanctuary or something?? Most city authorities around the world insist you don't feed the pidgeons. Nice capture though & the girl does indeed seem delighted :)

She was in the petting zoo section at the Philadelphia Zoo. Somehow the pigeons didn't seem so disgusting there ;) .
