During a heavy rain storm...i took this pic, this is my first shot using the flash with waterdrops... I dunno if this is good, are there any areas i can improve on? Can i improve it?

There is always ways to improve a shot, but it would be helpful to have more specs from you here, We don't know what you used apertures how much flash, ISO, is this full frame or is this a crop from the full frame so little direct advice one can give based on knowing nothing other then what we can see here, all we could do here is comment on composition and how it looks as you have posted it.

Focal lenght 300mm ( i was a couple feet away so i dont get wet...)

it's crop from originial, but not by a lot...

Well that is good info here to have, If I was taking this shot personally I would have used a tripod with this shutter speed I assume you did also? I would have taken multiple shots with varying DOF or smaller apertures to get just the right DOF, now if your intent was to have only the water droplet in focus and the rest a little soft you did a great job with this image I would suggest though shooting at a lower ISO to reduce the noise somewhat also, or download the free version of neat image or noise ninja and try it out to reduce the noise a little in the image. Those are the only things I would have done, not all different but I would have experimented more with DOF and flash settings.

Tripod wasn't used... i rarely use the tripod, i gotta make it a habit to use it..
