My A40 is giving me problems - the buttons on the back have stopped working (they don't respond at all), and when I set the mode to Auto or P, it tries to take shots automatically as fast as it can.
This first showed up a couple of weeks ago for a few hours, after which it came good. But it started happening again last night. Then came good for a couple of minutes just now. But is happening again.
Is this a known problem?
And if I do have to send it back under warranty (I bought it in January from digital-cameras.com), how fast is Canon's warranty turnaround in the UK?
