This is one of the bums that hangs around stormwater retention ponds in a shopping center near my home, hence the dirty neck. Either this one or his buddy also looks for handouts from customers of the Boston Market! As long as you stay in the car, it is very tolerant. On foot, a little longer lens would be needed for these shots. I think I am getter better with the focus - but probably need some work on my own glasses.
