A barrel distortion plugin is available from Bibble Labs which works with Bibble Pro v4.3. A stand alone or PS/CS plugin is available from http://epaperpress.com/ptlens . It is free. If you haven't already tried it you may find the program a useful tool to add to your collection.

Also, PS-CS2 has an excellent "lens filter" section that has all the "distrotion" correction tools in it. It does barrel, pincusion, perspective, etc.
