Very first strobist with kids

This is very first time with OCF/strobes (ALIEN BEES) and the kids love to test it..
2 lights set up here except for the "SHHH" pose just 1 light!

[Just learning]

These are fantastic - I especially like the photo of all 3 children together. One to frame I think. I am no expert, but I find the black and white conversions a bit flat - not sure how to be more specific than this as I am struggling to perfect my conversions as well.
