Photography on twitter

I want to tweet with people about photography on twitter, I am already an active user but can't find a way into photography circles.

Tweet content others want to see, actively engage with others (with followers that you want), and follow people that you want to follow you.

Also, find lists you want to be on, and follow the list maker. Make sure your that someone can tell exactly what you do when glancing at your twitter (profile, background, etc..).
